In-Person Health and Fitness Sessions are offerred in packages of 10. We believe and have proven that the best results come from customized plans and consistency. Following your trial session, you will be provided with a customized fitness and nutrition program, which will be facilitated in our private gym. You will always be the only client in the facility and will have access to all of the amenities during your sessions.
